I use Hostgator since Aug2008. I think I found great and reliable hosting. I have always received good response from there as well as I most like 100% server uptime. I recommended it for all who want nice and reliable hosting service. Thanks, Hardip
After bouncing around a lot of different places I've finally came to rely on hostgator and they haven't let me down for about 2 years now. I recommend clients to HG and both them and myself are very happy with the service
As a web designer and web developer I used HostGator for many years and I strongly advise it to everybody who is searching for a hassle free, reliable hosting. Cheap, perfect uptime and helpful staff.
Thank you hostgator for helping me build my business! I love your managed technical services, as they helped me become PCI Compliant, and ensure my clients are PCI compliant.
I would've spent thousands with all the support resources I used, but I did not spend a penny for any support requests! (I opened almost 150 tickets in the past few months, just tweaking my servers to the way I want it.
P.S. While I experienced awesome email support, live chat has been almost useless for technical support. I only use live chat to escalate my tickets, because I never had good luck with a live chat support rep.
I've worked full time at web site development over the past 7 years, either for clients or else in the pursuit of advancing my own personal knowledge of PHP, MySQL, cPanel, etc.
Eight months after opening a Hostgator Reseller account, and after adding a dozen domains and bunch of Add-On domains, I find that Hostgator.com is much better than the average web host.
Prior to using Hostgator, personal and client web sites were hosted on about a dozen different web hosts ... all of whom screwed me, one way or another, at some point in time.
